70x70cm Oil on Canvas in Wood Frame.
This artwork titled ‘Journeying Together’ was inspired by the incredible whale migration we get to witness from the headlands along the South East Coast of Australia. I’ve always been drawn to the quiet strength of these animals, especially the bond between a mother and calf. The way they move through the ocean together made me think about how we all need connection to navigate life.
I’ve used a limited colour palette to tie the whales and the ocean together, creating a sense of calm and unity. They float through this vast, open space, something that feels both daunting and completely mesmerising at the same time. It reminds me that while the journey might be big and difficult to navigate, we don’t have to do it alone.

Proudly Supporting Sea Sheppard
Liv Deans’ seascape art is inspired by the raw beauty of the South Coast shoreline — the crashing waves, shifting tides, and marine life that make this region so special. As part of her commitment to protecting the ocean that fuels her creativity, $2 from every art print sold is donated to Sea Shepherd Australia.
Sea Shepherd is an international marine conservation organisation using direct action to defend ocean wildlife and fight illegal fishing, plastic pollution, and climate change. By purchasing a coastal art print, you're not only bringing the sea into your space — you're helping protect it.
